How do you clean the gutters?
We always carry a wide variety of tools and equipment so that we can clean your gutters no matter how awkward the access may be. The equipment we use to clean your gutters will be based on whichever method is most suitable for your home.

Are gutter repairs included?
If we’ve found a leak during our leak test, then we do our absolute best to fix the problem for you. If it’s something that we can fix there and then such as lifting a bracket or sealing a joint, or any other type of minor repair, then we do this for you on the spot, completely FREE of charge. Most other gutter cleaning companies don’t offer gutter repair, and if they do then they definitely don’t include it for free!
If it’s a larger gutter repair which is required, such as replacing a section of guttering, then this obviously isn’t included in our gutter clearing service because it would require us to go out and buy parts specific to your gutter, and those parts could be more expensive than the charge of the gutter clearance, also, the repair itself could take an awful lot of man hours. But we could always give you a separate quote for this repair if you wanted one (absolutely zero pressure), providing it’s something that we would be able to do.
Do you show before and after photos of my gutters?
Absolutely. This is also something that most other gutter cleaning companies don’t offer.
Too many times we have had to go and fix people’s problems after they’ve used a different gutter cleaning company for their gutter clearance, and we’ve found that they didn’t even clear most of the guttering. In fact, it’s not uncommon for gutter cleaners to just clear the downpipes and leave the rest of the guttering untouched.
Again, you won’t have that problem with us. We thoroughly clear your gutters, take photos, and show you these photos when we’re done. We’ve got nothing to hide, and we want you to SEE how good of a job we’ve done clearing your gutters, not just take our word for it!
Do you take away the gutter waste?
We certainly do! We do not leave it in your garden, and we don’t use your bin. We take all gutter waste away with us and dispose of it properly.

Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have access to the gutters then we don’t mind if you’re home or not. Though we would need to know this in advance so that we can bring a generator for our electrical equipment, and we do ask that you make payment in advance if you’re not going to be home by the time we’ve finished.

Absolutely nothing! Once you’ve booked in your gutter clearance then sit back and relax, we’ll take care of everything.
